1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise. These definitions are provided to ensure that both bd465 and its registered players share a common understanding of the key terms used throughout this document.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to "including" mean "including without limitation". Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Where these Terms conflict with the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that promotion only.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bd465. They govern your access to and use of all services provided on the bd465 platform, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, payment processing, promotions, and customer support interactions.

bd465 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account and/or via a notice displayed on the platform. Your continued use of bd465 following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support at [email protected].

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all interpretations and disputes.

3. Age Restriction & Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active bd465 account, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing bd465 voluntarily and for personal, recreational purposes.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party when registering, depositing, wagering, or withdrawing.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of bd465 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on bd465 or any equivalent platform.
• You are of sound mind and are not using the platform under the influence of substances that impair judgement.

bd465 employs automated and manual age verification checks as part of the KYC process. Players may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued National ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate to confirm their age. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to a person aged 18 or above will be suspended immediately, and any real-money balance will be returned to the original payment source, minus any bonus credits received.

4. Account Registration & Verification

To access the bd465 platform's real-money services, you must create a single, personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You are required to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your time as a registered player. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active bd465 account. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, using the same or different email addresses, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. All accounts found to be associated with the same individual will be suspended, and any pending withdrawals may be voided pending investigation. bd465 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment-method cross-referencing to identify duplicate accounts.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bd465 login credentials, including your username and password. bd465 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available at no cost from the Account Settings panel. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — is your sole responsibility. 4.3 KYC Documentation

• Proof of Address (if requested): A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government letter showing your name and address in Bangladesh, dated within the last three months.

KYC documents are reviewed within 48 hours of submission during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). bd465 may request additional documentation at any stage if it deems this necessary to comply with its internal compliance procedures.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on bd465 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bd465 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional bank transfer options including City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank may be available subject to your account status and verification level.

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit amounts per transaction vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your bd465 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases where a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• bd465 does not charge platform fees on deposits. Your payment provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees independently.
• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party or using a payment method not registered in your name is a breach of these Terms.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day vary by account verification level.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of request submission for fully verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during national public holidays in Bangladesh.
• bd465 does not charge platform fees on withdrawals. However, your receiving payment provider may apply their own fees.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless you have contacted support to verify an alternative method. This anti-money-laundering requirement exists to protect both players and the platform.
• bd465 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, including requests for updated KYC documents or transaction history confirmation.

5.3 Currency & Exchange

bd465 operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is required for players in Bangladesh. The ৳ symbol used throughout the platform represents the Bangladeshi Taka. Players depositing via Visa or Mastercard issued in a foreign currency will be subject to their card issuer's exchange rate and any applicable foreign transaction fees, which are beyond bd465's control.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

bd465 periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. Participation in any bd465 promotion is voluntary and subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus may be active per player account at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may not be shared between accounts.
• All bonus offers are subject to a wagering requirement. The specific wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in the promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the deadline are automatically forfeited.
• Certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer games and specific table game variants — may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) or at 0% towards wagering requirements. The eligible game list and contribution rates for each promotion are stated in the promotion terms.
• bd465 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after players have already opted in and begun wagering, bd465 will honour any bonus funds already credited.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

bd465 actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering exclusively on high-RTP games to deplete wagering requirements at minimal risk, coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional offers without genuine recreational play intent. Where bonus abuse is identified, bd465 reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals derived from bonus play, and suspend or permanently close the account in question.

6.3 Seasonal Promotions

bd465 runs contextually relevant promotions tied to the Bangladeshi calendar, including BPL cricket season offers, Eid special bonuses, Pohela Boishakh promotions, and Victory Day cashback offers. These promotions are announced via registered email addresses and on the bd465 platform homepage. Players are encouraged to check the current promotions section regularly. Seasonal promotions are subject to the same general bonus rules outlined in section 6.1 unless stated otherwise.

7. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

bd465 is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and transparent gaming environment for all registered players. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd465 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban from the platform.

bd465 reserves the right to void any wager or series of wagers that were placed in circumstances that constitute prohibited conduct, regardless of whether the wager resulted in a win or a loss. Voided wagers will have their original stake returned to the player's wallet unless the conduct involved fraud or money laundering, in which case the balance may be withheld pending investigation and reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bd465 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bd465 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal to your registered payment method before closing the account. Accounts with active bonus funds at the time of closure will have those bonus funds cancelled. Real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned within 5 business days.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by bd465

bd465 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe after a withdrawal request
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or bonus abuse
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed by the account holder without prior contact with support
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (see section 8.3 below)

Where an account is closed by bd465 due to a Terms breach, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where bd465 determines that no breach has occurred, the real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal activity has occurred for 12 consecutive months. bd465 will notify the registered email address 30 days before applying an inactivity fee. The inactivity fee is ৳200 per month or the remaining account balance, whichever is lower, applied until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. To reactivate an inactive account, log in and complete a deposit or contact support.

8.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a voluntary self-exclusion period. Available self-exclusion periods are 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. To activate self-exclusion, contact support at [email protected] from your registered email address stating your preferred exclusion duration. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed or shortened during the active period under any circumstances.
